This piece is a tribute to my father. He has always called me sunshine, which is where the idea for the form came from. Growing up I was always helping him in the garage, whether he was working on the cars or building something. This piece represents our relationship. We are always there for one another, but it changes depending on how you look at the piece. As I grow up, our relationship changed but no matter where life takes us, we have each other and our family.
